Welcome to JoinMeetly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JoinMeetly mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by JoinMeetly Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You may use JoinMeetly only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract
  • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
  • You are a professional individual, business, or organization using the Platform for legitimate professional purposes

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful recruitment or employment practices
  • Post discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation

4. Professional Content Standards

JoinMeetly is a professional platform. All content must:

  • Be relevant to professional networking, hiring, or career development
  • Be respectful and appropriate for a professional environment
  • Not contain explicit, offensive, or harmful material
  • Not violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Be truthful — misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or identity is grounds for account termination

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by JoinMeetly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform but grant JoinMeetly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

7. Subscription and Payments

JoinMeetly offers free and premium subscription tiers. For premium features:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • That you will find employment or professional connections through the Platform
  • The accuracy of information provided by other users
  • Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform
  • That the Platform will be error-free or free from harmful content

JoinMeetly does not verify the accuracy of user profiles or job listings. Exercise your own due diligence when engaging with other users or pursuing opportunities found on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINMEETLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOINMEETLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoinMeetly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
