Born out of frustration with broken hiring
JoinMeetly was founded after experiencing firsthand how broken the professional networking and hiring process had become. Talented engineers sending 200+ applications into the void. Recruiters drowning in unqualified resumes. Everyone doing everything right — and still stuck.
We asked ourselves: what if the next job opportunity came from a real conversation instead of a form submission? What if AI could find your perfect professional match the way it finds your perfect Netflix show?
